Yes. As others have already noted: that IS the metadata editor. Highlight entries with the mouse and click "Remove" to delete entries. Add new entries by clicking "Add Metadata". Add properties to existing entries by clicking "Add Property". Modify existing data by double-clicking in its "Value" Field. Why do you believe that it's not working?
