I just talked to Amazon on the phone and we got it working. However, the app on my laptop doesn't work if it is connected to bluetooth. The rep told me that is how it works (or doesn't, in my opinion).

For now bluetooth is working, until the next time it doesn't, probably in a month or two. I usually get it working by right clicking on the speaker icon and when a box comes up, I click connect (to the Echo speaker). However, that didn't work before I called customer service.

Kind of sucky, in my opinion. They come up with all kinds of new things to do, like placing phone calls, but the basic bluetooth connection gets messed up.

Any thoughts? Does it always work well for you?
