Again more help with Latin, please

I'm working on The Princess Priscilla's Fortnight by Elizabeth von Arnim, for the MR library. It was first published in 1905

She quotes a poem which I think is in Latin:

O, qui me gelidis convallibus Haemi
Sistat et ingenti ramorum protegat umbra!

It's said by a young English university student doing classics who has just fallen in love at first sight with Priscilla.

Can anyone translate it into English please?

Can anyone suggest another site where people would be willing to give translations for free? I have some French, but no Latin or German.
