If you used the Import/Export: those are a spanned set of Zip files, that Import knows about. The full set must be complete
OTOH your Library is just a set of folders in the pattern remembered by Metadata.db.
The 'backup' Json is all the stuff to make a reconstruct the (empty) DB with your formulas and Library settings, when doing a 'Library Restore' because the DB was hosed and each titles OPF (there for backup) will be read to populate the DB.
