Interestingly, today I've decided to move back to my (original) H2O for ePubs and Nickel usage. I like the portability.
I think I'll keep my Aura One as a KOReader device for academic pdfs and manga. It works very well that way. In fact, if it was 1 inch larger it'd be even better.
I just wish KOReader didn't crash so often.
edit: also, I just patched it to disable WiFi firmware update. I'm tired of it getting auto-downloaded. This trend of uncontrollable firmware updates in modern devices is completely unacceptable, especially when they go hand-to-hand with worse programming practices, worse performance and much less QA. This is not just about Kobo, by the way - I have similar stories about several other devices that I own.
