- Change fanficauthors.net to https.
- Catch other common complete/in-progress statuses for calibre yes/no columns.
- adapter_wwwaneroticstorycom: 'Complete'->'Completed'
- Update Translations.
Unless something urgent comes up, this is going to be the last test version before the next release.
