after spending some hours with this F/W

I like the book list in cover format: big enough on the One to be able to read author and title, with the status (% read or unread or finished) underneath, making the list format almost superfluous. I wish there was the series info too on a separate line (there is room enough), and it would be perfect if I could add the number of pages, but I don't see how that would be possible.

I resent the loss of any return or home button from that list: going top left and choosing from the drop list is annoying.

I like being at long last able to look up my words in dictionaries and the sort choice (alpha or recent), but it still needs improving: adding words is difficult and trying to access a book from which I chose the word had the reader restarting.

I like the top zone of the home page: better looking book tiles without the superfluous info about annotations, possibility of dismissing the book from the reader when dismissing a tile.

In the middle zone, the choice of covers shown is no use to me. More small tiles would be much better to my taste. I'd love to have one for the book lists, one for collections, one for series - and one for Pocket if it worked for me, but it hasn't for a while, more is the pity.

I hate the bottom zone: I never download a kobo book direct to readers, so the left side button is no use to me. The right side button is a disaster: it rotates mostly kobo bookstore related topics (wishlist or discover books similar to those you read), once in a while the user's manual, but this is impossible to pin into place once you open it - it doesn't even appear in the books read on the top zone.
