Good luck! Sounds like you got a lemon. I can relate, my first Aura HD had a perfect screen, but a VERY bad habit of both the glow light flickering and turning several pages at once. I exchanged. The next had pinholes in the light layer. Third replacement was the charm, and I'm still using it 3 years later when my KA1 needs a charge.

So don't be afraid to keep trying. It's frustrating, but once you get a good device in hand, worth it.
