Yep, it's just another thing to clean. There is also the safety issues although I think out of them all the Instant Pot is the safest unit on the market. I haven't heard of them exploding like the Power Cooker XL has. They can be dangerous. Not as dangerous at old time pressure cookers but there is still risk involved with pressure cookers.
