They don't exist yet. Windows 10S is an upcoming version of Windows 10 that will only allow programs to be installed from the Windows app store: What is Windows 10 S?

Microsoft isn't trying to trick people into Windows 10S. It's meant to more secure. Something to compete with Chromebooks.
