And I don't think Calibre has an interface for the Amazon collections web page nor does Amazon publish an API for doing the web page collections remotely.

The question was how to transfer Calibre collections.
The answer for a KOA running 5.8.9 (the o.p.) is type them in by hand for the ones Amazon will handle.

I **think** the cloud collection web page will also handle books sent by 'send to Kindle'.
I have not actually tried that myself.
