Are you quite positive that all six volumes are included - and if so, are they all in the $1 tier where Volume One is?

I bought those paperbacks as they came out, but the ebooks - except for the first and last books - have been crazy expensive. Getting all six for cheap is a deal I'd jump at, but since the first-tier entry is labeled #1...
