At least chocolate from Belgium should be easier to come by at your corner of the EU than elsewhere, and this I have always remembered as good quality stuff.
Re tea and sweeteners: sugar kills tea. (and every other herb prepared that way)
I can actually smell if a tea is sweetened.
If so, it's own aroma is completely gone.
