It doesn't need to be expensive, it doesn't need to be fast, it only needs the ability to install ADE and have a USB port where you can connect a reader to.

Make sure you don't get a Windows 10 S type tablet. MS is pulling the same stunt as they did with the now dead Windows 8 RT: you can only install applications out of the Windows 10 store. the S type tablet won't let you install normal desktop applications (of which ADE is one).
