You can only see the folder structure from the PC, once you're reading the book on the reader, or even choosing which book to read, does it matter where it is in the directory structure on the device?

I've learnt that I need to look into the Calibre options a bit more from reading this thread, still undecided on which format to use though.
I don't know why Ashjuk wants the books in the correct folders with a nice directory structure, but I know why I want that.

I don't always have Calibre with me (my phone, for instance, doesn't have Calibre installed) but I sometimes connect my reader to my phone to add, or more importantly update, books. Having a good clean directory structure makes finding the location of said book a lot easier.
