The Chinese have very little idea about the details of how capitalism works in actual practice.
They just are missing those centuries of being immersed in a capitalistic society.

The pre-schoolers running the lemonade stand down the block from me have more instinctive knowledge of running a business in a capitalistic society than a lot of the people selling from the backyard rice paddy do.
