It worth a try. I did that while in 5.4.0. Totally worth it.
Everything works just like a charm since. I'm from Brazil too and no PW update I did up to 5.4.0 gave me anything but problems with KUAL and friends. Not a single 'new' feature from Amazon were that useful, while KUAL always delivered.
