Sync on my Glo only works if I start it when there are bars showing on the wi-fi icon. If I start it when wi-fi is off or asleep then the sync icon spins but nothing happens. So to sync I tap the sync button once, wait until the wi-fi bars come up, tap sync again to cancel, then tap sync a third time to restart.
My Glo is running firmware 4.3.9084 now, but the sync problem has been there since 4.2.
