Why don't you start out by listing the applications?
Then find out if they are open source or closed source.
If they are open source, just build then for the Amazon OS.
If they are closed source, you'll have to support them at a binary level, similar to running hardfloat binaries.
And if they are closed source, do not expect to get much help at this site.
Amazon provides all of the closed source applications we care to deal with here.
