Steps to reproduce:
- Select one or more books that have the CBR format
- Select "Convert Books > Bulk Convert"
- Dialog that pops up does not have the "Comic Input" section
At first, I thought that perhaps one of the books didn't have the CBR format, and the dialog was therefore defaulting to some lowest-common-denominator, but all the books did have the CBR format. In fact, selecting a
single book to bulk-convert produces the same dialog without a "Comic Input" section.
Of course I can convert them individually, but that's a bit tedious.
Bug? Missing feature? I'm doing it wrong?
