I completely missed the book at other vendors. Maybe I was focused too much on finding matching covers; I did not see a cover that matched the one for the book at Amazon. But, there again, I could have missed it. Or, the cover could have looked different. Anyway, thanks for the info.

It seems like the HCSB is available free "everywhere" nowadays. Maybe that will be the case eventually with the CSB v. 2.
