It looks like the others have it, just not for free.
The "KindleUnpack" plugin for Calibre will unpack the .azw3 file into the epub3 used as the source file, if anyone is so inclined.
Unfortunately, the only reader I've found that does a decent job on Holman's epub3 books is the reader built into Calibre.
