The case for the nook NST was a strange shape and the buttons were rubbery and rather hard to press. I know it's a touch screen, but for those who wanted buttons, they were not good. Also, the partitioned memory was a very bad idea. Then the firmware was atrocious. overall, I think the nook NST was the death of the eInk B&N Readers. Nothing ever got any better.
