This guy seems to want a Hugo Award really badly. He, his publisher, and movements called "Sad Puppies" and "Rabid Puppies" have been pushing one or more of his works onto the nominee-lists since 2014. Each time he has been voted to end even below "No Award."
It looks like as if the Hugo Award is useless since at least 2014, because of this dude.
