Only one chapter (chapter 5) that I can tell, is devoted to recipes for french fries. But my justification for putting this ebook on this thread is that I think that most MobileReaders would buy it for that purpose, if they bought it at all.

Fries!: An Illustrated Guide to the World's Favorite Food. $1.99, down from $13.99.

Very good reviews at Amazon, but only 18 of 'em. Good to very good ratings (total of 9 ratings) at GoodReads.
