Can't find another thread with this problem yet.

I recently had to change HDs. I reinstalled Calibre and starting yesterday I've had problems when I start up Calibre. The program starts but gives me a blank screen. When I pass the mouse over different parts of the screen some then appear, but disappear as soon as I move on. Yesterday I restarted a number of times and it finally worked normally. Today I've only restarted three times and so far I have the same problem.

Any ideas?
