Hmmm . . . . interesting. I didn't know that sleep patterns could be "burned into" your brain like that.

But, I've thought of a solution (I know you're cringing about now). Move to say . . . Kazakhstan, Iran, or somewhere in that area. It will be daytime on the west coast of the U.S., but nighttime there! You'll want to sleep during the night and be awake in the daytime!

Being the humble guy that I am, you're free to pass along that brilliant suggestion to others, without giving credit to me.
