If I try working on computers or related equipment, I'm sure that someone hexes me. It seems like I always run into bugaboos that other people don't.
At the same time that I have this problem with dsd-guide, I've got a dead wireless router. I work out of my garage now, having the computer hardwired to the modem. And there's no functioning printer here. I don't want to drag the laptop into the main part of the house just to print something, and I don't want to drag the printer here. I need my own, personal (free) IT guy.
