I've personally bought 2 of these and I've helped 3 of my neighbors buy them as well. All came in original boxes with all the accessories and there's no way I can tell they aren't brand new, even though the seller calls them used. Every one has been perfect. I've had one of them for about a year now and it's still going just fine.
I have no idea if this will present VAT or shipping issues to you but the price is so low that I thought it was worth mentioning.

Barry, I was going to second your recommendation, but I think the seller has finally sold out. Whether you choose black or magenta, it comes up as out of stock.
