Here's Wednesday's YourClassical free piece.

Again, the day's free piece comes from a composer whose name that I don't recognize.

The composer is John Field. The song is Nocturne No. 7.

Get the YourClassical freebie of the day in the usual way. Proceed to the dedicated webpage for the day's free piece, and click on "Direct MP3 download link."

I know that this sounds cruel of me, but since the composer has been dead a long while (d. 1837), I won't feel very bad saying it. This song is rather dry and boring; extrapolating from this song, it may be that I didn't recognize his name because these are characteristics of most, if not all, of his compositions. Everyone has different tastes, though, so please try it out for yourself.
