Bargain @ $0.99-$1.99 from HarperCollins in Canada & the US (linkage goes to Kobo, but should be the same price in all the other stores):

@ 99 cents:
  • Some Days You Get the Bear by award-winning author and MWA Grand Master Lawrence Block (SYKM, Wikipedia), a short story collection originally out in 1993.
  • The Case of the Missing Books by English professor and The Guardian critic Ian Sansom (SYKM, Wikipedia), 1st in the Mobile Library series starring Israel Armstrong, a Jewish vegetarian former London resident turned bookmobile driver in Northern Ireland.
@ $1.99:

A Fine Summer's Day by the pseudonymous writing team of Charles Todd (SYKM, Wikipedia), 17th in ther award-winning Ian Rutledge series starring a Scotland Yard detective in the post-WWI years. This one is apparently a prequel showing a case on the eve of the war.

Also, bestselling thriller author James Rollins (SYKM, Wikipedia) is Kobo's featured Author of the Month, so a large number of his books are $4.99 CAD and under, with some novels as low as $0.99-$2.99: linkage for their dedicated promo page (probably matched at the other stores, since he's a HarperCollins author)

And there's some sort of Kensington cozy mystery sale for $0.99-$2.99 (couponable/VIP-discountable at Kobo in Canada).
