I just bought an ebook published by Penguin/Random House and a $1 No-Rush Shipping Credit was applied to the purchase price at checkout which shouldn't have happened since I'm in the US. I also bought an ebook sold by Amazon Digital Services earlier today and the credit didn't get applied, so I think this may just be a glitch???
Would be interested to see if this has happened to anyone else lately?
