Thank you for your answer. So do you suggest removing or diabling the KoboTouchExtended plugin? It doesn't seem to have an option in regards to converting to kepub, but if you're sure this is what's causing it... After all, I don't need to be told the number of pages to the end of the chapter or similar statistics which kepub apparently allows.
