That said, I chose option 2 because while I do own most of the books on my tentative list, it also includes books I've wishlisted at the library, and I have a small wishlist of books at Amazon as well.

This is me. I don't really have a "TBR" I have a bunch of books that I own that I haven't read yet, a bunch that I want to read that I don't own, and then there are the re-reads. Where do the re-reads fit on a "TBR" list?
I read whatever catches my eye at the moment when I finish my last book.
So...I guess my "TBR" list is every book ever written, whether I own it or not. Does that work?
