Linking books and book parts.
Is there a way to have a library entry referencing another library entry?
For example, there is a book entry for a story collecton. Now I can make entries for the contained stories. For these entries I would have some link in the detail panel, which clicked selects the corresponding story collection.
Or, there is a proceedings volume and the contained articles …
Is there some URL notation usable in the comments field (e.g. "calibre:<bookid>")?
