That is EXACTLY what I did and where I obtained Kubrick from.
So Kubrick from THERE did not jailbreak my device.
I know the thread page says that K3's are automatically jailbroken by Kubrick, but I DID NOT experience this.
The second sentence in the page you have referred to above says:

I did NOT use ATK, I used Kubrick, and I obtained from THAT LINK.
If I should have obtained it elsewhere (as you seem to have inferred above) please advise. If I have done something wrong, please be specific in letting me know what I have done wrong.
Otherwise, if I have obtained Kubrick from the correct location, and if I used it correctly, there may need to be some examination as to why Kubrick obtained from the official thread, linked to by the official wiki, did not jailbreak my Kindle 3 keyboard B008 K3W model.
For my part, my device is now working and jailbroken, but only by doing this manually post Kubrick and post 3.4.2.
If you want me to help diagnose why it did not work in case you need to support someone else on this, then I am happy to do so. But you will need to clarify this.
Otherwise, I do not understand what you now want from me. So please specifically advise.
If you don't care about what has gone wrong in case it will also affect anyone else in future, then I will leave the thread as my device is working and there is not much more I can do without understanding your point(s).
