In the Netherlands, I think you can count all OTA channels on one hand nowadays.... even the analog cable network is becoming smaller and smaller. If you want more than 25-ish channels or so, you'd better have a digital settop box....

We have no more analog, all the stations are digital which means you either need a digital TV or a converter box for your analog TV.
As to channels PBS, ABC, NBC, and CBS have to send out OTA signals. Fox does too.
Here we also get about 6 retro channels.
At least 2 Spanish channels and at least one religious channel.
If you want more than that, you need either cable or satellite. Which you have to pay for.
