I thought of that afterwards. I don't remember the discussion, but, I'm surprised that you didn't get any interest here. But, if you are talking about interest in having it reported to Kobo, that's different.

Fullscreen mode is not an officially supported function. Kobo can decide to ignore any complaints about it. If you saw the problem you described in a epub using the standard epub reader, it would be a bug they need to fix. If you reported it with a reproducible case, sooner or later they would fix it. If you report a problem with fullscreen mode, the response would probably be that there is no fullscreen mode. And hence, they would have no way to accept the bug report and no real responsibility to fix it.
