Well, I decided to go get a Multnomah card today so I could compare. I am glad I did:

Nearly 3x the ebooks available, more than 2x the audio titles and 2.5x overall items. Nice!

Edit: I can also check out and hold up to 15 titles at a time (each), compared to 6 at the ODLC.
