Unfortunately, the mobi version does allow speaker names to appear on the last line of a page, but I didn't really find it distracting. The pages turns are quick enough that you don't forget who's speaking. And I find the translation quite good, so please give my thanks to Mr. Theodoridis for allowing us free use of his work.
