Thanks to both who answered.

I found the files, but now don't know what's next. Entries are numbers, but not ISBN's. I found them at:

C:\Users\"username"\App Data\Local\Packages\BarnesNoble.Nook_ahnzqzva31enc \LocalState

where "username" is the name under which the computer is registered, not the B&N username.
