I still use my Kindle 3s to access the web when I'm away from home, which means most weekends. I've been doing this for years, and have never exceeded the aforementioned data limitations. I understand that some servers are no longer offering 3G, replacing it with only 4G. This has nothing to do with Amazon, which has kept older device browsers as fully functional as they were when those devices were first purchased. It must be to their benefit. In my case, I get my newspapers and books purchased from Amazon delivered to my KKs regularly. I imagine that as the number of these devices in use inevitably declines, the cost of paying servers for connection will become less appealing for Amazon, and I will be sad
