For some reason, I wasn't able to get the album that I selected to download, even using the direct link from their newsletter.

I got through step 1 in the Free Album Offer Guide, but I don't remember seeing step 2 forward. The long and short of it is, the album did not download to my computer.

I'm hoping that I'm not going to have to do the exchanging emails thing with Hong Kong to get my album, as I had to do two or three months ago. In fact, if that's what it takes, they can just keep their stupid album.
