Well the thing itself is using less than 1em for the paragraph but it seems to still be a larger change than I would've thought it would've done. The css says it's 0.917em and the chapter number thing+title is 1.1em but it still seems to be more than that when I do the text increase of 1 from the left. The line-height setting I had for the minimum was 0.8 if I remember right.
