Exclamation New feature add to KPVBooklet

New KPVBooklet's features:

KUAL integration: You can switch relative formats between KOReader/HackedUpReader/Original Reader in KPVBooklet Settings
Open Source Software: original source in: https://github.com/koreader/kpvbooklet
My amendment's pull request is:
https://github.com/koreader/kpvbooklet/pull/28

Please fell free to spread and share, as well as bug report to me.

Supported platform:
Should support on all Kindle devices with KUAL/MRPI, tested only on KPW2 with version 5.8.7.0.1, the compiler uses java version 1.8 which comes with 5.8, don't know whether is OK in OS version below.

Installation:
Extract the update_kpvbooklet_0.6.5_install.bin from the archieve and put in kindle's mrpackages directory. Then install with MRPI.

Uninstallation will be the same, replace with update_kpvbooklet_0.6.5_uninstall.bin.
