Internal versus external memory
Regarding the issue of internal versus external memory, I would rather pay say £30 more for a device that had either 16gb or 32gb of internal memory and no external sd card (with the option to replace the internal card if it got corrupted in some way.
All of the Kobo's (2 glo's, 2 mini's and a glo HD) that I was able to expand the memory of now have 32gb sd cards in them, it makes it far easier to say sync an update without having to remove books from the internal memory. Which incidentally with over 2900 books on the devices, is a frustrating and time consuming exercise on my 2 6" aura's.
As an aside, I also wish the kinlde paperwhite had a version with 32gb of memory.
Thanks
