I'm so glad you liked the sample! Believe me, you don't want to read the thesis; it had a very awkward frame story set in the present, with neonazis and murder. My friend Karen suggested I take it out, and I needed to use a chainsaw.
My book will be out in July in the UK; I don't know when it'll be out in the US and then Kindle-ready.
