Touch screen lock!
Some setting that confines input to a small portion of the screen while in a book, so that I can rest my thumb on it and hold the device more naturally, or trace text with my finger as I read.
For those of us that dont want to bother with dictionary, markings, annotations etc. A more robust user experience.
