Why do people keep describing this as eInk? It's a considerably different technology.

Anyways... the refresh rate is still an issue IMO. Even my PRS 500 with its first generation eInk screen drew quicker than this. And of course they're comparing it to the Kindle 2, which appears to have the fastest iteration of the technology yet.
