You could ask Kovid for an "add cover to ToC" option in the conversion. Or is there already one? I can't check at the moment.

And just for reference, if I decide to put the cover page in the ToC, I add a heading to the page and use a style that has "display:none" as one of the attributes. That way it gets picked up by the automatic ToC generation tool.

But, I can never decide whether to use the title of the book, or "Cover" for the heading. If the book already has a ToC entry pointing the the cover, I use whatever it uses, but otherwise, it depends on my mood.

And finally, "I'm just lazy like that" to. I do have my own plugin that does changes like this (not this particular change, but I might add it). It's not something that I will distribute as all the changes it makes are hard-coded, specific to the source of the books (eg books downloaded using the FanFicFare plugin) and specific to me. It's not hard to do, but, you need to know Python and have some understanding of the calibre code.
